Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the InnoFixe application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. The App is provided by Innovius × EECC ("we", "us", "our") as a companion tool for AI-focused events and workshops.

2. Use of the App

InnoFixe is intended for use by attendees and participants of the Innovius × EECC event series. You may use the App to:

• Browse event schedules and details
• Access presentation slides, research papers, and demo content
• Submit and vote on topic ideas
• Take personal notes
• Provide event feedback

You agree not to misuse the App, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

3. Access Codes

Access to the App requires a valid access code. Access codes may be time-limited and may grant different levels of access (Standard or Guest). You are responsible for keeping your access code confidential.

4. In-App Purchases

The App offers the following in-app purchases:

• Proceedings Unlock (€4.99) — A one-time, non-consumable purchase granting lifetime access to all presentation slides and research papers for Guest users.
• Tip a Coffee / Tip a Pizza — Optional, consumable tips to support the development team. These are voluntary contributions and do not unlock additional features.

All in-app purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google account at the time of purchase confirmation.

Non-consumable purchases (Proceedings Unlock) can be restored at any time using the "Restore Purchases" option in the Settings tab.

5. Apple End User License Agreement (EULA)

If you downloaded InnoFixe from the Apple App Store, the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) applies to your use of the App. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Apple Standard EULA, the Apple Standard EULA shall take precedence for App Store purchases.

6. Refunds

Refund requests for in-app purchases must be made through Apple or Google directly, in accordance with their respective refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided through the App — including event materials, presentations, research papers, and demo content — is the property of its respective owners. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from App content without express permission.

8. User-Generated Content

When you submit topic ideas, votes, or feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use this content for the purpose of improving our events and App. All user-generated content is anonymous and not tied to any personal identity.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

11. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not collect, store, or share any personal data.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last revised.
