How do I get an access code?

Access codes are provided to registered customers and partners of Innovius and EECC. If you need a code, please contact us at info@innovius.ai.

How do I restore my purchases?

Go to the Settings tab in the app and tap "Restore Previous Purchases". This will restore any in-app purchases tied to your Apple ID or Google account.

I'm having trouble with an in-app purchase

Make sure you have a stable internet connection and a valid payment method linked to your Apple ID or Google account. If the issue persists, try restarting the app and attempting the purchase again. You can also contact us at info@innovius.ai for further assistance.

How do I request a refund?

In-app purchases are processed through Apple or Google. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com for Apple purchases or the Google Play Help Center for Android purchases.

The app is not loading or crashing

Try closing and reopening the app, or restarting your device. Ensure your device is running the latest OS version. If the problem continues, email us at info@innovius.ai with details about your device and the issue.
